Celebrate the season at our Sunflower Social, a cheerful Open Play filled with bright blooms, friendly competition, and the welcoming Mah Birdie Bam community. Inspired by the golden days of late summer, this special event is the perfect way to enjoy great company, beautiful décor, and an unforgettable night around the Mahjong table.

We'll be playing a structured Open Play using the 2026 National Mah Jongg League card and standard American Mahjong rules. Players will compete for points throughout the evening, with prizes awarded to our Top 3 bloomers, plus a bonus raffle prize and a few sunny surprises along the way. Because this is a scored event, blanks will not be used.

The Race to 500 continues! Every point you earn at Open Play brings you one step closer to exclusive prizes, Mah Birdie Bam bragging rights, and the finish line.

Whether you're a seasoned player or recently completed Mahjong 101, the Sunflower Social is the perfect opportunity to sharpen your skills, reconnect with friends, and enjoy one of the last golden evenings of summer before we welcome fall.
